• We aim to get your products on their way to you as soon as possible once your order has been received. You will be informed via email when your products are on their way to you.  If there is likely to be a delay of 2-days or more, we will inform you.
  • Please be aware, all personalised items are subject to a slighter longer dispatch-time, as they obviously have to be "made" for you. Some may be subject to a glitter or varnish dry-time, which can take a few days.
  • All of our products are supplied in sealed packaging, so are covid-safe on arrival with you.


  • We do our best to get your order to you at the lowest cost possible, but obviously are governened by Royal Mail there! As a result, none of our items are sent "tracked" or "signed for" unless you specify that option at checkout.
  • We will use couriers if it is a cheaper option to get your parcel to you and you will be forwarded the relevant tracking number.
  • Your postage quote will be shown at check-out before you complete your purchase.


  • Returns are accepted, but a refund can only be issued once the unopened item has been returned and does not include the original postage cost.  Refunds are processed within 4-working days of receiving the returned product.
  • If you do happen receive an incorrect or damaged item, please do contact us first, and we will do everything we can to correct this to your satisfaction.
  • Please be aware we cannot accept returns on personalised or bespoke products.
  • Buyer is responsible for any return postage costs.

Complaints :(

  • If there is a problem with your order, please let us know as soon as possible after your delivery has be received and at the very latest, 21 days after your order was placed.
  • We are unable to deal with any complaints outside of the above time-frame.
  • We will do our very best to recify the situation, but please be aware if this involves replacement items, this is subject to current stock availability and you may be offered a suitable alternative option.
